Workshop Terms & Conditions
Thank you for registering for one of my workshops. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before attending.
By registering for this workshop, you agree to the following:
1. Registration
Registration is free unless otherwise stated.
By registering you agree to receive:

your Zoom joining instructions
-
workshop reminder emails (or SMS, if offered and you've consented)
-
occasional updates about future workshops, resources and services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link contained within those emails.
2. Workshop Access
Access details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered your email address correctly.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your joining instructions.
3. Recording
This workshop may be recorded for educational and replay purposes.
If you would prefer not to appear in the recording, you are welcome to:

keep your camera switched off
-
remain muted unless asking a question
-
participate using the meeting chat where appropriate.
By choosing to speak with your microphone enabled or appear on camera, you acknowledge that your voice and/or image may be included within the recording.
Participant recordings will never be used for promotional or marketing purposes without your separate permission.
4. Educational Information
The workshop is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The information presented is not intended to replace personalised medical, psychological, psychiatric or other healthcare advice.
The hypnotic exercises used during this workshop are intended to promote relaxation, focus and learning. They are educational in nature and do not constitute individual hypnotherapy or psychological treatment.
If you have concerns regarding your health, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
5. Hypnosis
This workshop may include demonstrations, relaxation exercises and guided hypnosis.
Participation in all hypnotic exercises is entirely voluntary. You should only take part if you feel comfortable doing so, and you are free to stop participating at any time.
The hypnotic exercises used during this workshop are intended to promote relaxation, focus and learning. They are educational in nature and do not constitute individual hypnotherapy or psychological treatment.
For your safety and to gain the greatest benefit from the workshop, you should not participate in hypnotic exercises if you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or if you are otherwise intoxicated.
If you have a current or previous history of psychosis or another serious mental health condition that may affect your suitability for hypnosis, please seek advice from your GP or treating healthcare professional before participating.
If you have any concerns about whether this workshop is suitable for you, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before attending.
6. Participant Conduct
To help create a respectful learning environment, participants are expected to:

treat others with respect
-
avoid disruptive behaviour
-
avoid sharing offensive or inappropriate content

follow any reasonable instructions given by the workshop host.
I reserve the right to remove participants whose behaviour significantly disrupts the workshop.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, including slides, recordings, handouts and other resources, remain the intellectual property of Jamie Vasilyan (legal name James Basil) / ADDvantage Hypnotherapy unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for your personal use only.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or sold without prior written permission.
8. Changes or Cancellation
Occasionally it may be necessary to change the workshop date, time or content.
Should this occur, registered participants will be notified using the email address provided during registration.
9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate, evidence-informed and practical information, no guarantees are made regarding individual outcomes.
Your progress will depend upon many individual factors including your own circumstances and application of what you learn.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from participation in this workshop.
